Crafted in extremely limited quantities, this wine is an exceptionally elegant Stags Leap District estate-grown Cabernet. Grapes were hand-selected from the Ganymede Vineyard – a 4-acre block of the best fruit on the property. Dark ruby color with aromas of ripe currant, mocha, and coffee. Complex flavors of ripe, black cherry, dark plum and blackberry, with hints of vanilla and cedar. Excellent balance, with a long, smooth finish. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now or cellar up to 20 years. Only 578 cases Produced. $75 – if you can find it. We paired this with slow-roasted prime rib and it was perfect!
